Kingsford Terrace

Overview

Kingsford Terrace, ”Duporth”, is the first of this seven stage masterplanned retirement development community at Corinda, in Brisbane’s inner south west. This building provides a mix of apartment sizes with 2 and 3 bed apartments and care studios. The site is laid out around a central community courtyard. Integrated landscape areas and priority pedestrian permeability are central to the masterplan for the site. Duporth provides a variety of community services including café, crafts, billiards, library, gymnasium, heated pool and function room to serve the full development. O’Neill Architecture designed the site masterplan and Design through to Construction Documentation and is about to commence work on stage 2.
