Regis at Lutwyche

Overview

This multi-storey aged care facility addresses the need for ageing in place within our local communities. Regis at Lutwyche is home to 135 residents with 15 rooms dedicated to residents with dementia. Almost two thirds of the building is dedicated to communal and public areas, promoting resident interaction and family visitation. The project features a range of communal facilities including a library, cafe, e-zone, day spa, wellness centre, private dining room, resident lounge and dining rooms. Importantly there is a range of outdoor courtyards provided, with each level boasting a number of outdoor sitting areas offering a variety of views and aspects.
