Overview

Retire Australia’s new development is a staged vertical retirement village overlooking the beautiful Burleigh Golf Club course. The residents and club members have access to the Wellness Centre which will incorporate allied health, medical suites and a cafe. The Wellness Centre addresses the street at the surrounding residential scale, knitting into its urban context. Three x 6 storey buildings are positioned along the length of the 10th hole. The views from these buildings span from the golf course to the Pacific Ocean.
