Elizabeth Street is a new four bedroom residence situated in a Character Precinct within Brisbane’s inner ring of suburbs.

New residence for a family, facing out to Fannie Bay in Darwin.

This double storey sky apartment is positioned over the Storey Bridge reach of the Brisbane River.

The house is designed to maximise flexibility for a grown family with great access to sunlight and a myriad of spaces for gathering or private reflection.

At the front door the house is only 2m wide.

Conceived as three pavilions linked by an external courtyard space.

We are currently working on the 3rd and final home for these clients as they move into retirement.

The L-shaped plan is shallow across its section.
